Anti Aging habits
Most recommendations for Anti Aging habits state that the intake of saturated fats should not exceed 10 percent of the total energy consumed. A major part of suggested Anti Aging habits involve eating less and exercising more, and severely restricting the consumption of high calorie fast foods. Many vegetarians insist that avoiding animal fat altogether has a great beneficial effect on the aging process, and is an essential part of any Anti Aging habits. Some foods are known to cause cell degeneration. They include sugar, chocolate, preserved meats, deep fried foods, artificial coloring, processed foods and monosodium glutamate (MSG). Other foods have the opposite effect, helping to regenerate stronger cells than the ones they replace. These foods include raw nuts, green leafy vegetables, barley, seaweed, seeds, and olive oil. Anti Aging habits also are also high in antioxidants, foods with omega 3 fatty acids and fruit and vegetables. Anti Aging habits should ideally contain organic vegetables where available, because there are fewer chemical residues and often more vitamins and minerals. With good, healthy Anti Aging habits you should notice the benefits straight away, with more energy, better concentration and less stress. |
